1917S Quarter Dollar Grade Please

I always undergrade circulated Standing Liberty quarters. It looks like an EF-40 to me, but given my inability to grade these things, I suppose that it is an AU-50. It's hard to see mint luster from a photo sometimes. If the piece does have mint luster than it would qualify as an AU-50, I suppose, but my tastes run to "slider" AU-58 coins if I'm buying a circulated piece.

Thanks guys for your assistance,always hard to tell with US Grading,sitting here in my lounge room in Australia i would have thought VF+. It does not appear to me to be cleaned as the pic was taken in virtually full sunlight,it does have spots and specks that do not show in the pic,once again thanks for the input
