Problem with adding a coin into Collection Manager/Registry Set

Can anyone help with a question I have? I purchased a coin recently and tried to add the coin to my collection here on NGC and when I entered the number a message come up and said unable to locate this coin, does this mean this coin is in a fake NGC holder? Everything looks right, the holder and hologram sticker all looks the same as any other coin I have, Does anyone have any ideas?

NGC has been having server troubles since yesterday evening on the Collector's Society website. It has happened before in the past. Things should clear up soon I'm sure.
