A very nice coin , newer variety recently discovered this year. From all I have seen this is only the 2nd example. The 1st in an NGC slab. The other is a PCGS PR66 as well.

 

Although new on the forum I have done many transaction with members & other dealers on this & other sites.

Thanks for the welcome. While I agree my pic isn't as good at showing the detail as the discovery pic I will stand by that it is as I state .Didn't think I would have to defend it, but here is a comparison of the discovery coin, my coin & a regular 1950 proof. your big picture reverse of the proof quarter in the first post looks more like the bottom of the above post - rather than the upper right. If the upper right is your coin, than I can clearly see it, but can not on the bigger bottom entire reverse photo. Lighting and angles make variety hard to spot...
