Using U.S. standards I'd grade it EF-40. I believe that some of the lack of detail is due to a flat strike. I can't say this with 100% certainty with seeing the piece in person. If it is wear, the coin is a Choice VF.

 

I see some PVC (green spots) in the right obverse field that needs to be removed. There might might be more on the piece so you should take a close look at it.

I'm more inclined to be a bit more critical without having the coin in hand. Choice VF
