Thought this might be a good place to ask a question regarding the book that accompanied the 2009 UHR St Gaudens. How much is known about the book being assembled incorrectly? I have one that had the cover attached upside down. What's the take on this ?

I had two of these and the one book I did open was poorly bound and not well presented from an aesthetics viewpoint. The cover was not upside down though. I heard there were many problems with the books. I do not know the specifics.
