NGC Bulk submission

I am deciding which subscription level to join.

 

I have a couple questions.

 

1. I have 1000 2013 Silver Eagles in sealed 500 pack San Francisco Mint Boxes. I need to know the discount price Elite bulk grading can provide?

 

2. Will each label state San Francisco based on the fact they are mint sealed from San Francisco? I know they will bear no mint mark but since it is sealed from the mint....

 

This will be the deciding factor in determining my subscription level. Email me if you wish.
