Does anyone have access to the PCGS census data?

Does anyone know how many 1940 rev. of 38 proof Jefferson nickels have been graded as 67’s from PCGS and if there are any 68’s at PCGS. Any information would be great; I’m just trying to figure out how scarce this coin really is in that grade.

Thanks, I don’t have access to the PCGS population report so any info would be helpful, I know that NGC has graded 1 in 68 but I’m curious to see if PCGS has done so as well. The spread in price between the 67 and 68 is gigantic!
