Registry wont take my coins

I'm trying to input 4 proof dime in my registry set and at the end an error message about the header comes up. Anybody else having trouble.

I wish that when you guys subtract points from a set, you would identify in our sets what you changed. This would give us the opportunity to react to these changes and possibly do something about them.
