Another high grade Jefferson, How'd you grade it?

How would you grade this guy I just picked up?

 

1939-S rev of 38

 

the obverse have a few marks in the hair and small ones on the cheekbone.

the reverse is nearly flawless

Technical MS66. For my money, same grade. Color is attractive, though. I'm just not inclined to pay for it. In fact, I'm stranger than that. Eye-movement is very big with me. Do you see that yellow spot at the bottom of his coat? That does distort the eye-movement, some. Overall, that's one handsome coin.
