I am not familar with the series. I love this look on my wheats though.

The surfaces are immaculate and based on those alone, I would call it a 66BN. With this said, the eagle looks weakly struck to me although I do not regularly handle this series so I could be off. If that is a weak strike as I suspect then I would go with 64 BN.

Very good guesses guys. The grade is NGC MS66BN, and it is "all there" for that grade.

Telling BN or RB from pics is often difficult for me. That's a nice coin!
