This setup is the exact same as what I use, I have owned my microscope for over 5 years. You can take photos of the entire coin, close up photos at 20x, super close ups at 200x, and even capture video. see examples below.

 

 

It includes PhotoBox, Vertical Stand, and 1.3mp microscope, the program to run the microscope on every version of Windows or on a MAC.
