Coin details: 1958 Australian Penny NGC Proof details Environmental damage Cert: 3636342-005

 

Can NCS do anything that may help this coin, and possibly restore it back to a coin that could render a numerical grade?

It would be difficult to answer your question without seeing your coin. In general, with a copper coin with environmental damage we can take steps to reduce the appearance of the damage and corrosion. It is difficult to say whether or not we would be able to reduce the damage to a point that it may receive a standard numerical grade with NGC.
