A new Addition to My Top Ranked Gold Set...

I just got my Certificate in the mail from NGC congratulating me on having the Top Ranked set for 2012 in the category:

 

1/2 Escudo, Charles III (1759-1788) Circulation Issue

 

It reminded me that I haven't posted a coin I picked up raw at the January FUN show which was subsequently submitted for grading. It can be a lot tougher than folks think getting old gold certified as so much has been heavily cleaned and polished so I was certainly happy when this piece came back graded and it has since been added to my set. I still have a log way to go but for now it doesn't look like the set garners enough attention to have any real challengers for the throne lol
