It is kind of weird since come of those letters look double die and others not quite so. But I think it is a DD from what examples I have looked at before.

 

What is it on?

No, it is strike doubling. It is not a true doubled die.

 

Hey Physics can you explain the difference so I can understand for future reference?

"Machine" (strike) doubling looks like a shelf with no roundness to it. A true doubled die is rounding like the main devices from the primary devices.
