Thanks for the question. NGC defines the grade "Gem Uncirculated" as MS 65 or higher. This designation is used on request for certain bulk submissions. The NGC Registry assigns the MS 65 score to coins labeled Gem Uncirculated. This grade, however, is not listed in the NGC US Coin Price Guide.
