Submission form question regarding value

I am preparing to make my first submission but have run into a stumbling block. Is the value the price we paid for the coin or is it based on the price guide grade we believe it shall receive.

I cherry pick key dates and I usually pay melt, so would I value then at melt?

Thank you for the question. The declared value is amount the coin will be insured for both at our facility and when the coin is shipped back to you. In the rare event that something happened, you would probably want to be covered for the full replacement value so we recommend that you put the coin's fair market value.
