When you look at your coins, you could drag and drop the images to your desktop, rename them so you know which is which. Then when you're making your registry you can browse and find them on your desktop.

That would work only if the coins have been graded or regraded in the last couple of years...there are hundreds of thousands or more likely millions of NGC coins that were never imaged by NGC when graded.

 

On a second but important note..if you have ever seen the NGC images taken after the coins have been graded I do not believe you would want to use them for a registry set.....folks would have a tough time knowing what the heck your coins even look like lol

Ouch..... quit poking at our gracious host! lol But you are right, unless they've been graded in the last couple of years, there will be no images, and you'd most likely want better pictures than the ones provided.
