Need help from someone from NCS/NGC please

Hi, I would like to get an answer hopefully from someone from NGC/NCS on how to ship my submissions.

 

I'm cool with the packing, but since I am in Australia, I wanted to know which shipping service to use 'down under' to ship to you guys. Since I want it to be safe and secure without the stress of worrying about it. I'm sure you guys would of safely recieved packages from Australia in the past..

 

And if you could give me some pointers on what to write on package and how to insure, etc..
