19th Century PROOF sets

1 post in this topic

I like the way each year has it's own Registry set. It's good for a late comer like me....for whom the train has long since left the station in regards to my assembling any regular strike sets of any of the coins that I have interest in. My first proof was an 1881 SL10C that I picked up because I'd always wanted an "old" proof coin. I had no idea of the impact it would have in hand....it almost took on a life of it's own. There's no turning back for me now. Hopefully I can excersise some self control and not spend beyond my means. GOD BLESS.....
