It probably would have been better phrased as "I tend to dislike (or at least like to a lesser degree) coins that display terminal toning." With this said, I would consider it a bad case of toning in most instances.

Saw a couple dozen stunners, including several with stars, at the show. They were all one one case, and the dealer said they came from an old collection, so they are fresh on the market. Kaminskycoin.com is their website.
