NGC list French Indo China in their competitive sets but not French Cochin China?

 

French Cochin China only has eleven (11) circulation coins that was issued from 1875 to 1885, a vital part of the later French Indo China and yet currently NGC doesn't list it in their competitive sets. May I suggest that NGC do so.
