No Registry values for German States Proof coins.

I noticed this week that there are no Proof coin values listed in the German States sets? I tried adding one yesterday and got a error message saying that it was an invalid type for the slot. Shouldn't they be allowed? Point values should be higher than their Mint State counterparts since these coins were minted in much fewer numbers and generally cost more.
