Looks like an attractive 64RD.

This coin has a rim nick at 2 O clock but has Brilliant surfaces! How do rim nicks get punished in terms of grades from your experience?

I'm not sure that it is a rim nick. It could be small planchet defect.

 

Taking that out of the picture, it looks like an MS-64, Red using U.S. standards, but as a British Commonwealth coin, the grading standards are supposed to be tougher. Therefore I guess one might call it Red Uncirculated.
