1882 Shield Nickel

$15 Pickup. Have none of these, but it looks cleaned/dipped because of the lack of luster (just a guess). Maybe harsh cleaning on left before 'In god '. As far as the details goes. Would you say F or XF?

The picture is a bit overexposed, but the coin appears to have cleaned harshly with an abrasive. The grade before they fooled with it was at least in the VF-EF range, maybe even AU, but the surfaces have been totally scrubbed. The price is okay, but it's a super problem coin that would be a filler for most collectors.
