In my newness as an aspiring Numismatist, I assess this coin as AU-50, perhaps AU-53.

 

Your opinion (and rationale) is greatly appreciated.

You have a pricey date here. The hairlines look significant on my screen and would result in a no grade. The details are AU50.

The sharpness grade is AU-50, but I would have to see the coin in person to see how bad the hairlines are. They look like a problem in the photo, but that does not totally seal the issue.

Coins can and do re-tone after even abrasive cleanings. The toning appears to be secondary to me.
