Why am I seeing Morgans in Retro holders?

I thought it was only ASE's and several other moderns.

Just copied this off NGC website, nothing about Morgans....

 

Collectors may submit starting October 1, 2012 for the following coins: Silver Eagles, Half Ounce $25 Gold Eagles, Half Ounce $50 Platinum Eagles, First Spouse Gold $10s, Sacagawea Dollars and Presidential Dollars. All dates, Proof and Mint State coins are eligible. Quantities of the Retro Holder are limited for each coin type and are available only while quantities last. Check this article posted on the NGC website before sending an order as we will post when a particular holder is no longer available.

check some sites, they are already selling them. They do look nice though

I got a few hundred in for imaging, cool holders but the sure show the scratches and fingerprints.
