hello

I came upon this unopened proof set. I opened it and found this . Taking offers on this set.Until 12/12. High bid gets the coin. The dime is toning also. So to keep the integrity of the set winner will get the whole set with envelope and coa. PM with offer. Trade offers of bullion gold or silver will be considered.

I have the COA and envelope. Not sure if It should be graded as its still in the plastic. he colors have red and some orange but I think the scanner light is to bright.

I have never seen one this much toning before. I'm not into toned coins so this should go to someone who is.
