Has the number of the PCGS 25th anniversary ASE Mercanti first strike sets been officially published? Also, I see there are 2 varieties, a flag and non-flag label -- no idea what the significance of the difference is or the motivation for this.

 

Anyone have anything definitive on these inquiries?
