FSH - 25th anniv. set, Merc. signed, all PCGS 69's. One has milk spot. $on hold

I have one 25th Anniv set, Mercanti signed, all PCGS 69's.

 

The reverse of the proof though has a milk spot (pics below). That would be the only surface problem of all the coins, and I can take pics of all the coins if needed.

 

This set had been residing in a closet for almost a year before being put into my hands an hour ago. Let that be a cautionary tale, keep an eye on your ASE's and keep them stored as best as you can.

 

I'm asking $on hold for the set, shipped, insured. 14 day return policy.

PCGS holders allow certain gases to enter making any copper or silver coin tone or spot over time. NGC cases seem to be better about this but they are not totally free of this problem.

 

This is one of the reasons I try to not buy any PCGS coins.

Appreciate you guys looking, but can we take the holder opinions to the coin forum for the thread to be poofed there? I don't really want a giant debate, nor a competitor bashing on my BST thread.
