Can't find NGC lowest cert number thread

Awhile back there was a thread about who has the lowest cert number on an NGC slab and several people posted some low number slabs. I have been trying to find this thread but have not had any luck. If someone could locate that thread for me or if they remember how low the lowest number cert was I would greatly appreciate it.
