Pres Dollar question

I want to thank everyone that gave their opinion on the grade for my 1882 CC Morgan. I now have a question about a Pres dollar I have. I was going thru some coins and I noticed that this coin stood out compared to my other Pres dollars. The tone on the coin was different when you compared the Obverse and the Reverse. Please look at the pics I have attached and let me know if this would be considered an error. I know I have seen coins that have had missing layers that cause a difference in color.
