11-Way Tie in 1 Ounce Gold Buffalo Proofs Registry Set?

Hello Everyone,

 

I am new to this forum and actually this is my first post! My apologies if this topic has come up before or has been vetted on a prior post. I have 4 main sets including the 1 ounce Gold Buffalo Proofs to present date. Upon entering my set into the competitive registry, I noted there is currently a 11-way tie for first however after obtaining the same high score as that group (13,500), I was given a 2nd place ranking. Could anyone shine light on this. Is there a max 11 person top end put in place on any registry set? Is it a function of all my photos and descriptions not being uploaded yet? Just curious as all my coins are PF70 UC's. Thank you in advance for any help or input!
