ANA Dallas

2 posts in this topic

This is a multi part question.

1. Will you be at the Dallas ANA show?

2. I have been told before that we can drop off submissions at these national shows to save on shipping. Is this still the case.

3. What packaging guidelines need to be followed when dropping off a submission at a show? Does everything have to be just as if you were mailing the items or could they be loose? For example could you purchase a coin at the show and drop it off at your table (as you probably would not carrying shipping supplies with you)

Thanks for the question. Yes, will be be at the Dallas ANA accepting submissions both for grading at our office and on site at the show. Click here for on site cutoff times and fees. You should check with NGC representatives at the show for cutoff times for submissions going back to the office.

If you drop off a submission to be graded at our office you will only pay the one way shipping for them to go back to you.

You should drop off the coins in standard non-PVC plastic flips along with the submission form. If they are non-US coins you should number each flip based on the submission form line item number. NGC representatives at the table will package the coins for shipping.
