I am so thankful that we have easy access to examples of US Mint craft 100-140 years old as they were intended to look. I can buy a BU Morgan for about $40 that looks almost exactly the way it did when it rolled off the die in 1880. I love it.

I know it's common knowledge, but early CC and S mint coins can be so nice and dimply. This one also exhibits frosty devices and deep contrast. Nice piece kid,
