PIcs? Are they graded? What are the grades?

He states that the 1850-O is F12. A quick cert lookup shows the 1855 is an EF40. Pictures of both are available on the NGC cert lookup page.

Correction, the 1850 0 is 28.00 I had given the price for a 1850p. I apologize for any confusion. so the total would be
