If there is an HH or H&H on it, it is some kind of token, Made by Hoffman and Hoffman Mint, from what I found. Possibly for amusement type tokens.

Thanks, I like the quote, but looking back on it, I can say living it, career wise, in the military it caused me more problems with my superiors than it was worth, living it with my soldiers, thats a completely different story. And it was worth every bit of negative paperwork and other assorted things that happened to me.
