That's a pretty nice looking '83-CC. They don't often come nicely toned like that, at least as far as I have seen. Is this because the nicest toned pieces have generally been cherried out for slabbing over the years? Alternatively, did the government not put the nicely toned coins in slabs for some reason? Perhaps the storage environment was not conducive to toning? 893scratchchin-thumb.gif
