Is this a large date or small date?

Is the second coin a lamination error ??

That's a large date.

 

The top of the 7 set's below the top of the 9 in the date, and the loop of the 9 points towards the mint mark instead of back towards the 7.

 

Not sure about the second coin.

The second coin is NOT a lamination error. It is post mint damage.
