Not sure if this is the correct forum...

When submitting coins to NGC what category/grading service do commemoratives fall into??

Can you submit them in the modern category or are they variety??

For pre-1955 coins, the least expensive service is Economy. The same five-coin minimum applies, and they can't be valued higher than $300 per coin.
