NGC Price Guide No up to date

Why is it that PCGS coins price guide is more up to date then NGC. I have been waiting for over a year for NGC to price the 2011 PF 2011 5C S EARLY RELEASES UC. What is the problem with them. That is not the only coin I still waiting for a price.
