The obverse photo is out of focus. Which makes it hard to grade the piece.

 

Overall I'd say at least AU sharpness. The coin appears to have lost its original skin, and the key question is how was skin removed? If it was done with baking soda or some other abrasive, there might be problems. If not then the piece is probably okay.

 

The trouble with many Lafayette Dollars is that they got a coating of thick dark tarnish which came from the original issuing envelope. The tarnish is usually ugly, and removing it can be very difficult. This is one of the reasons why attractive Lafayette Dollars are scarce.
