The face on Ms. Liberty looks chalky on my monitor. I'm going to guess MS63 with obverse hairlines.

I'm seeing chatter on the left obverse field and also on the reverse above/below In God We Trust. Looks 63/64 ish to me. The cheek is pretty clean though. Probably an

MS 64.

I'd grade as a nice MS-63. It could be in an MS-64 holder, but in that case it would be a "C" coin (low level for the grade.

Pretty good guessing and I'll agree that it should be in a 64 keeping in mind that my photo skills leave much to be desired, but thats not what the TPG opinion says.
