Thanks Gary,

I will practice on shadows and lights at a later date. I figured since the camera functions are pretty well figured out I should take pics of everything I have. It will take a while since I have a few jobs lined up and later on I will purchase a few lights and rig up a diffuser. As you can see I have had enough fun with the Franklins for a while.

Nice picture Rick! You got the even focus you were looking for! I am not a big fan of toned either, but I have some too.Sometimes a coin comes along that I need and is at a good price- so the toning won't stop me from purchasing it. I know there are a lot of collectors who prefer toned coins- to each his own- that is why this is such a great hobby!
