Can someone tell me if this is junk or worth something,

It's not a mint error as that's Post Mint Damage.

Possibly caused by mechanical spinning of the end coin on a shot gun coin rolling machine.

Broadstruck knows far more than I do involving error coinage and he his opinion is one that I share, too. This appears to be post-Mint damage.
