Can the coin below be re-holdered to scratch-resistant prong while maintaining the special SS New York label? Please advise, thank you.

Thanks for the question. Yes, you should submit this under our standard reholder tier. The label will be reprinted on the same stock as the old label and the coin will be put in a scratch-resistant EdgeView holder.
