Sorry if I've got this in the wrong thread.....NEWB here.

Got a roll of these with the exact same mark on all 20 of em....any thoughts on what it may be?

Something caught in the die. Did you get the roll in original packaging?

Does it appear to be raised or recessed? If it is raised, then it may be that the die was damaged. If it is recessed, then it could have been that something stuck to the surface of the die.

The marks are recessed.

Then, it won't add any value to the coins, and they would probably only be conversation pieces as long as they are kept together.

I agree, but will add that I think the marks reduce the coin's grade and thus potentially the ultimate value of each piece.
