If the luster is there a good solid MS-62

The hits are in the first spots your eye's drawn to on both the obverse and reverse. The 1889 is incredibly tough to find in MS 65 so anything higher grade is a tall order.

Assuming the reverse is in comparable shape, I would go with MS63.

I would put this coin at AU 58. Maybe I am missing it, but it surely looks circulated to me.
