Errors in the 2013 Red Book

A recent issue of Coin Update News by Michael Zielinski points out some atrocious errors in the latest Red Book. Some of the errors might possibly be due to a recently hired editor, with little or no background in numismatics, and who is learning on the job:

I didn't see anything that would make much difference except omitting the 1999 Anthony proof. They can easily be corrected in the next edition or press run.
