Paypal Scam Email

Hey everybody just a reminder that any email asking for your info is more then likly a scam. I just received an email from "service@paypall.com" telling me my account was limited. Here is the email. *****I changed a few things like my last name**** There are links in the email* PayPals real address is "service@paypal.com" Note the added "L" in the fake address.

I sell on ebay and know others here do too so just a heads up about this scam.

What makes you think this is a " Scam " ? It's a formal notice from Pay-Pal informing you of vital information concerning your account. Many have received these letters. I think you can follow a link on the pay-pal site which further explains the notification more clearly.

 

In short, you don't sell or buy enough and use the Pay-Pal service and they will probably withhold payments to you for a "to be determined period" .

 

If this explanation still does not satisfy you, I suggest you contact Pay-Pal directly.

The email address is incorrect and the link opens a pop up that my virus protection flags. I have contact paypal and they told my account is normal and to forward the email.
