Standing Quarter for the Photo Cert type set. **Grade Revealed**

This issue has been a bear to track down. I finally found a problem free piece. What do you think ANACS graded it in the 1980's? What would you grade it now?

 

Here is the certificate. I believe it to be accurately graded at MS63.

I would grade it 64/66. I'm guessing they called it 65/65, since neither of my choices were in use.

I think the old ANACS grade with be MS63/MS63 FH, and by today's standard I would call it a 64.
